HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Houston Police Department is continuing its crackdown on synthetic marijuana, today announcing two arrests and the seizure of 133 pounds of Kush.

Results of massive Houston pot probe revealed

The arrests come thanks to an anonymous tip that lead police to a pair of men who said they could supply thousands of packages of Kush for sale.

Police say they contacted Naushad Pradhan a few weeks ago and an undercover officer got Kush samples from him.

Officers then ordered more Kush and say the second suspect Rafeeq Panjvany was involved to help supply the drugs.

Police seized 133 pounds of Kush from a storage facility on the Southwest freeway and now both suspects are in custody.

The Kush was in packages labeled "Blue Cotton Candy" and "Coco Loco."

Prosecutors say synthetic pot can cause severe reactions and even death.
