Man sought for indecent exposure in Richmond area
RICHMOND, TX -- Fort Bend County Crimes Stoppers, Inc. will pay a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who exposed himself early Tuesday morning in a Richmond-area subdivision.
At about 7:50 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2, the Dispatch of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office was notified by a woman that a man had exposed himself in an incident that occurred near the intersection of Ransom Road and Williams Way Blvd., near U.S. 59 to the southwest.
The woman reported that the incident had occurred at about 7:30 a.m. She was walking on a sidewalk and was summoned by a man who was asking for directions. When the woman approached, the man exposed himself to her.
