Man falls out of moving truck in southeast Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man was rushed to the hospital after he fell out of the bed of a moving truck in southeast Houston.

The accident happened in the 7300 block of Calais.

Police say the driver behind the wheel of a work truck took a turn too hard, and the victim fell out of the back. They're still trying to figure out if he was struck by the same pickup, too.

The victim was taken to the hospital in an undisclosed condition.

Accident investigators are headed to the scene to continue their probe.
