Man charged with possession of child porn, indecency with a child

HUMBLE, TX -- The Harris County Constable, Precinct 4 High Tech Crimes Unit along with Homeland Security Investigations and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes against Children Task Force executed a search warrant in the 7000 block of Turtle Manor Drive in Humble on Nov. 21.

Mark David Carbaugh was arrested on five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of indecency with a child. He is being held on a $250,000 bond.

The case began as a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which involved a person who allegedly uploaded images of child sexual assault into a cloud storage account from his home computer and his cell phone.
