Man allegedly took inappropriate photos of ex-wife, teen stepdaughter

SPRING, Texas (KTRK) -- A local man is facing charges for allegedly taking inappropriate photos of his ex-wife and stepdaughter as they slept.

The allegations ended the marriage between suspect Aaron Chilcutt and his wife of 10 years, who asked not to be identified.

"I looked at his email and noticed there were an enormous amount of attachments -- emails from himself to himself," the woman told ABC13 exclusively.

She added that the attachments contained photos that showed "various exposed body parts" that were "salacious in nature."

The woman said she recognized photos of herself and her teenage daughter.

"She looked like she was asleep. A mother knows her child," the woman said. "I recognized the shorts and the underwear."

Investigators also said the photos were of Chilcutt's 19-year-old stepdaughter.

Chilcutt has had prior run-ins with the law. He is now charged with felony improper photography, but he is not yet in custody.
