William Reece, the convicted kidnapper and suspect in Cain's disappearance in 1997, appeared on site wearing handcuffs and gesturing toward the ground where crews dug.

Stephanie Hardy James returned to the site Wednesday and brought a flower arrangement to leave on the fence.

"I feel like she's gonna be found, it's just gonna take a while," James said.

The contractor working on the property adjacent to the dig site on E Orem Drive told Eyewitness News police plan on digging on his property next.
