Infant dies in major crash in northwest Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An infant was killed in a major wreck Wednesday night in northwest Harris County.

The wreck happened just after 8pm on FM 1960 at Walters Road.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a car was broadsided by a pickup truck. A child younger than a year old was transported via LifeFlight to a hospital, but died.

Other people also appear to be injured from the wreck.
