HUFFMAN, TX -- A Huffman man was arrested after the police say he allegedly used a cell phone to record a female acquaintance in a bathroom of his home.

Alfred Tedford, 37, was arrested on Nov. 13 on a felony charge of improper photograph/visual recording on Oct 29 and again on Oct. 30 at his Huffman home.

Harris County Sheriff's Deputies were first called to the residence during a "Meet the Citizen" call where they spoke with the victim, who shared with deputies, that she had stayed at a friend's house Oct. 29-30.

"The victim stayed at her friend's house, who was Tedford's wife and reportedly used the restroom that night (Oct. 29) but didn't notice anything strange," the court documents issued by the Harris County District Attorney's Office said. "On Oct. 30, the victim woke up and went inside the same bathroom to take a shower. When the victim stepped out of the shower, she noticed a pencil box on a counter inside the restroom.
