HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are looking for a man they say took cellphone pictures of kids using the restroom at a public library.

A 13-year-old boy told officers he was using the restroom at the library located at 1050 Quitman when he noticed stick a black and blue Samsung cell phone under the stall. The boy says he tried to kick the phone, but the suspect moved it out of the way.

The boy went and told his mother who alerted library officials and police. The suspect was gone by the time officers arrived.

Police believe this isn't he first time he's taken photos of children using the restroom.
