Police identify three persons of interest in the deadly October shooting.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police need your help in finding three people wanted for questioning in the death of a security guard.

Police do not know who killed 73-year-old James Fleming Bowman on Oct. 15 but they are looking for these three people for questioning.

HPD has identified the them as Xochitl "Swisha" Rangel, Daniel Terrazas and Kevin Rios.

Police say that Bowman was found dead in his car at an apartment complex on Concourse.

Detectives say a witness heard a gunshot and saw two Hispanic males and one Hispanic female running from the intersection at 9400 Concourse.

One of the males had a white t-shirt pulled over his face.

That witness then discovered that Bowman was dead in his car from a gunshot wound, apparently someone tried to steal the man's car.

Bowman lived at the apartment complex where he was killed and had just left work as a Whataburger security guard.

Police tell us that Rios is also wanted and charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon for a different incident that happened on the W. Sam Houston Parkway on Oct. 15.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rios, Rangel and Terrazas is urged to contact HPD or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
