HPD officer relieved of duty following investigation into criminal activity

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police confirm one of their officers have been relieved of duty following an internal affairs investigation into alleged criminal activity.

Police say he was in the burglary/theft division. They haven't released the officers name, but say so far no charges have been filed.
