HCSO: One person shot in north Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A husband and father of two was shot multiple times outside his north Harris County house Sunday afternoon.

It happened in the 11000 block of Lilleux Road near Gears Road.

Harris County deputies say his alleged assailant came from two homes down the street he was a neighbor.

There was an argument between the two men before the gun was fired. The suspect fled in his own car.

The cause of the argument and the motive for the shooting is unknown for now.

The victim is said to be in critical condition and undergoing surgery.
