HOUSTON -- Schuyler Adrogu Gustafson and Ella Rose Arnold decided to raise money for the Houston SPCA. The St. John's High School freshmen started with a simple goal: sign up for the fourth annual iWalk fundraising event on Nov. 9 and encourage friends and family to raise money for a good cause.

They ended up creating a neighborhood event with over 75 attendees, a "pupcake" truck, doggie goodie bags and they topped the fundraising leaderboard by raising more money than any other group at the event.

"We thought it would be fun to just go out and walk our dogs. Obviously we didn't think it would be this big of a turnout," said Gustafson.
