Four people shot in northeast Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Authorities are investigating the shooting and wounding of four males at 6900 block of Apache Street.

HPD says they received a call around 4:50pm Friday.

Houston Police Department confirms that the two victims, Donavin Williams, 28 and Alfred Breedlove, 28, were transported by private vehicle to Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital in critical condition.

The two other males, Denarik Gray, 26, and Dominique Belle, 26, were also transported by private vehicle to Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital and are expected to survive their injuries.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants J. Brooks and C. Cegielski reported:

A group of males was gathered at a park at the above address when a fight broke out. One of the males produced a gun and began firing at the others. All victims were then transported to the hospital. The shooter fled the scene.

The suspect is described only as a black male, approximately 25 years of age.
