Fort Bend County teacher allegedly assaulted at school

A student was arrested for allegedly assaulting a teacher at Hightower High School, police said.

The teacher was taken to a local hospital for treatment after she had a laceration to the head, police said.

The 15-year-old student was taken into custody.
