Ebola: ER doctor discusses latest case, transmission

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A second person has tested positive for Ebola. State health officials say that person is a health care worker who cared for Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan before he died at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
