Dump truck wreck closes section of light rail in SE Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The light rail is closed on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd at Old Spanish Trail in southeast Houston after a train hit a dump truck.

The driver of the truck was sent to the hospital. We have no word on the driver's condition.

There were passengers on board the train, but no one was transported to the hospital, according to METRO. There's no word on any other injuries.
