Galveston police looking for bank robbery suspect

GALVESTON, TX (KTRK) -- Galveston police are asking for your help in tracking down a bank robber.

It happened around 1:30pm Friday at the Frost Bank off 6801 Stewart Road in Galveston.

Officers say the a white male in his mid-20's, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 180 lbs handed the teller a note demanding money. Employees say after the suspect was given an undetermined amount of cash, he then fled the bank.
