Two men are in police custody after a stabbing at a Rosenberg Chik-fil-A restaurant

ROSENBERG, TX (KTRK) -- Two men are now charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a stabbing outside a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Rosenberg.

Jason Hill, 39, and Louie James Hill, 42, both of Rosenberg, are in custody, awaiting bond.

The stabbing happened on Tuesday afternoon outside the Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Brazos Town Center off 59 and Reading Road.

Police say a construction worker was stabbed during an attack over access to the drive-thru. Authorities say the construction worker's injuries are not life-threatening.
