Chase suspect jumps out of vehicle on Hwy 59

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police catch a chase suspect who jumped out of the vehicle on Highway 59 near Kirby and Greenbriar.

Officials temporarily shut down Highway 59 at Chimney Rock to clear a multi-car accident that has caused heavy traffic delays.
