California student accused of trying to fondle woman's feet, toes

SAN MARCOS, CA (KTRK) -- A student in San Marcos, CA, is accused of trying to fondle a woman's feet and toes.

A female student says Emeka Ofoedu tried to caress, massage or place her foot or toes in or on his mouth.

Ofoedu was arrested Thursday night on the campus of California State San Marcos Thursday night.

Ofoedu has since posted bond and is denying it ever happened. He told a reporter, "They're all false -- all false, feet, toes. I didn't do that."

Students on campus were sent an alert with his picture on it, warning students about the incident.

There are reports Ofoedu harassed students at the library and a Starbucks. He also has a record at a different college nearby where he used to be enrolled.

Officials say, he will be arrested if he goes anywhere near that campus.
