Body found in capsized tugboat
One person was unable to escape after a tugboat capsized on Tuesday morning.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Coast Guard says a body was found in their search for a crew member of a tug boat that capsized this morning on the San Jacinto River.

Four people were pulled from the water when the tugboat, the Ricky J Leboeuf, capsized around 7:45am about a half-mile south of the I-10 overpass, but one crew member went missing. He was recovered around 10am.

The other four crewmembers were recovered shortly after entering the water.

Coast Guard rescue boats and a helicopter responded to the search.

The Coast Guard is investigating how the accident happened.
