Body found in abandoned Texas City home

TEXAS CITY, TX (KTRK) -- A suspect is in custody for the murder of a man found in an abandoned home in Texas City.

The victim's body was found around 8:15am at a home in the 600 Block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

Texas City police identified the victim as 61-year-old Lindsey Gamble.

Family members say he was stabbed to death. Police say 30-year-old Thomas Graham is charged with first degree murder, and additional charges are pending.

Investigators did not release a motive for the crime.
