Aldine ISD school bus crashes into ditch

HARRIS COUNTY, TX (KTRK) -- An Aldine ISD school bus crashed into a ditch earlier this morning in northwest Harris County.

The accident happened on Veterans Memorial and Frick Road.

Fortunately, there were no students on the bus and the bus driver told EMS they did not need to be taken to the hospital.

We are still not sure how the accident happened, but there was much police activity at the scene.

The school bus itself was facing the opposite direction against traffic.
