HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A 911 operator accused of hanging up on thousands of 9-1-1 callers is scheduled to be in court on Monday.

Crenshanda Williams is charged with two counts of interference with an emergency telephone call.

Court documents show Williams admitted to hanging up on calls that had not been connected, because she did not want to talk to anyone at the time. The Houston emergency center fired Williams in August.
