FORT BEND COUNTY, TX (KTRK) -- The seven children rescued from a Fort Bend County home will all go together to a new foster home today.

The children, ages 14 to 16, have special needs, officials said.

They were starved, beaten and kept in the same room, according to a spokesperson.

Paula Sinclair and Allen Richardson are charged in the case. The children are being released from the hospital today to go to that foster home.
