An Ohio teen shocked her family and friends during her high school graduation.

Lexi Wright, 19, was born with cerebral palsy and doctors told her that she may only have a few days to live.

Wright worked with her physical therapist -- without her parents knowing -- to walk across the stage.

"All the people are so proud of me of what I did and that felt like a miracle," she said.
