Police investigating after body found in southeast Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police are investigating after a body was found at a home in southeast Houston.

According to Houston police, officers were called to the scene on Weston Street around 1 p.m. Sunday. When officers arrived, they discovered a body at the home.

Investigators have been at the scene collecting evidence.

The identity of the victim or a possible motive haven't been released.
