Memorial Hermann seeking help identifying 71-year-old patient

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Memorial Hermann Hospital needs your help identifying a patient.

The patient is a 71-year-old woman described as 5 feet 5 inches tall with brown eyes and gray hair. She weighs 160 pounds.

The hospital says she was found in the Heights area and brought to the medical center on February 13.
