3 police officers shot serving warrant in Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX (KTRK) -- Corpus Christi Police Department SWAT officers were shot serving warrant this morning in Corpus Christi.

The officers' injuries are not life-threatening.

Corpus Christi officers now have three people in custody, according to reports.

The wounded are veteran officers, according to KRIS. The wounded are Officer Andrew Jordan, Sr. Officer Steven Ruebelmann, and Officer Steven Brown. A Jordan, a four-year veteran of the force was shot in the leg and forearm. Ruebelmann, a six-year veteran was hit in the wrist and hand. And Brown, a two-year-veteran was hit in the right calf. Brown has already been released from the hospital.
