Best Buy to open distribution center in Missouri City

MISSOURI CITY, Texas (KTRK) -- Electronics retailer Best Buy will open a delivery fulfillment center in Missouri City in 2018.

The 500,000-square-foot facility will distribute appliances, televisions and other merchandise to local stores, and Best Buy says it will create at least 40 full-time jobs. It will be built at the intersection of Cravens Road and Highway 90.

According to the company, the facility should be open for the 2018 holiday season.
