Meet this week's featured felons from Crime Stoppers.

CONROE, Texas (KTRK) -- A fugitive whose last name is Outlaw ranks among this week's featured felons from Multi-County Crime Stoppers.

According to investigators, Wilbert James Outlaw, Jr., is wanted for possession of a controlled substance. His last known address is on Space Center Boulevard.

Multi-County Crime Stoppers, which operates in Montgomery, Liberty and San Jacinto counties, is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Outlaw or any other wanted felon. Information leading to other arrests will lead to at least a $500 reward.

Anybody with information about any fugitive's whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-392-STOP.
