HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- After an impressive outing from rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson against the Tennessee Titans, the Texans will look to move above .500 with a victory over the visiting Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs (4-0) stand as the NFL's only undefeated team. Last week, the Chiefs scrubbed past the Redskins, 29-20.

Can the Texans play "complementary football" against the Chiefs? We'll find out on Sunday Night Football.

SERIES HISTORY

The Chiefs lead the overall series record 5-4. Last year, the Texans defeated Kansas City 19-12 with four field goals from Nick Novak. DeAndre Hopkins had 113 yards receiving from then-quarterback Brock Osweiler.

WHO TO WATCH

* Deshaun Watson - Against the Titans, Watson threw four touchdowns and ran for another. Through four games, he was completed 65 percent of his passes for 811 yards with seven touchdowns and four interceptions. Watson was also named the AFC Rookie of the Week.

* Alex Smith - The Chiefs quarterback has been on fire this season with over 1,000 yards passing. Against the Redskins, Smith went 27-of-37 for 293 yards in the air.

* Texans defense - Jadeveon Clowney has had three sacks, forced fumble and fumble return for touchdown in last two games combined. Although J.J. Watt does not have a sack this season, he has multiple sacks, forced fumble and fumble return combined in last three meetings the Chiefs.

Kansas City will come into Houston with the second-ranked overall offense. The Chiefs have had surprising play from rookie running back Kareem Hunt and Smith, 33, who is playing the best football of his 12-year career. Tight end Travis Kelce had 111 yards receiving last week, helping the Chiefs to nearly seven yards per play average. Currently, the Texans defense ranks fifth overall.

If the defense can apply pressure and stopped the Chiefs potent rushing attack, look for the Texans to have a chance at pulling off the upset.
