LAS VEGAS, Nevada (KTRK) -- The Las Vegas Strip shooting is being called the deadliest mass shooting in American history.

At least 58 people were killed and 515 injured after police said 64-year-old Stephen Paddock shot down from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel before turning the gun on himself.

Police broadcast captured the moments after gunfire erupted along the Las Vegas Strip around 10 p.m. Sunday.

The audio is powerful and could be disturbing for some people to hear.
