FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS: Katy vs. Cinco Ranch

KATY, Texas (KTRK) -- We are starting to get into the swing of things for high school football!

Our game of the week is Katy versus Cinco Ranch. The Tigers defeated Cinco Ranch 30-0.

One of the more heated rivalries in the area tonight will be at Legacy Stadium. It has been a one-sided rivalry. Katy has lost just once to Cinco Ranch over the past 17 years.

This game always brings out the best in both teams. It used to be the last game of the regular season, but now they open district play with it.

Both teams opened with wins last week after getting their schedules in order after Hurricane Harvey.
