Food and alcohol delivery? TGI Fridays to the rescue
Food and alcohol delivery? TGI Fridays to the rescue.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- If you've ever dreamed about having that Jack Daniels-inspired entree with your favorite stiff drink delivered to your doorstep, your dreams may soon come true.

Starting November, TGI Fridays is launching a delivery service that will allow customers to have food and alcohol delivered by using its mobile app.

"This is not a drill!" the restaurant said on Twitter.

In a video posted to YouTube, TGI Fridays shows the process starts with asking the customer if they are age 21 or older. Then, the customer selects the alcohol from a nearby liquor store and food from a participating TGI Fridays.

A valid form of photo identification must be provided at the time of delivery.

The alcohol service is provided by LASH.
