Bike drive helps drivers who lost cars during flood
An upcoming bike drive helps drivers who lost cars during Harvey's flooding.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- BCycle is helping Houston get back on the move with a bike drive this weekend.

With hundreds of thousands of cars lost during the flooding, many Houstonians are without reliable transportation. Houston Bike Share has partnered with BikeHouston, Freewheels Houston and Rice Bikes to launch the Keep Houston Rolling program.

You can help by donating a hybrid bike, BMX bike, bike parts or even equipment like helmets, lights or locks.

The drive will be held at Interfaith Ministries on Saturday at 3303 Main Street from 9 a.m. to noon.

Next week, BCycle will also accept donations at their headquarters at 407 Velasco.
