WATCH LIVE: Officials give Harris Co. flood emergency update

HOUSTON, Texas -- Officials from the Harris County Office of Emergency Management and the Harris County Flood Control District are set to give an update on the status of the flood emergency in the area.

The announcement set for 8 a.m. comes as the key Addicks Reservoir is surpassing its water capacity.
