Jaelen Strong to appeal suspension related to arrest
Houston Texans wide receiver Jaelen Strong has been suspended for the team's Week 1 game for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Texans wide receiver Jaelen Strong is appealing a one-game suspension related to an arrest in February 2016, ABC13 has confirmed.

Last year, Strong was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in Arizona after officers pulled over the car he was a passenger in. Once the car was stopped, police said Strong admitted to being in possession of marijuana and gave them three marijuana cigarettes.
