Houston weightlifter talks newly awarded Olympic medal

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Houston weightlifter Luz Acosta visits Viva Houston after being awarded a bronze medal from her time competing in the 2012 London Olympics.

Competing for Mexico, Acosta did not medal five years ago.

However, Acosta's standing in the Games was recently elevated following a doping investigation that moved her from sixth place to third.

She says she is proud to be a role model for "clean" training.
