Solar eclipse parties packed with eager sky watchers

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- It's almost eclipse watch time here in Houston.

Parties are going on around the city as everyone gets ready to don their eclipse glasses and gaze toward the sky to catch a glimpse of the partial eclipse.

Crowds were busy packing the Houston Museum of Natural Science.

Houston will see the sun 67 percent eclipsed by the moon.
