Visit Westeros at 'Game of Thrones' pop-up bar
Fit for any King or Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, the bar features plenty of themed rooms fans can drink, explore and rule in.

Game of Thrones fans drink and they know things. A new "Game of Thrones"-inspired pop-up bar has opened in Washington, D.C.

After pop-up bars dedicated to Christmas, "Stranger Things," cherry blossoms and Super Mario, the Drink Company team is turning the former Mockingbird Hill, Southern Efficiency and Eat the Rich spaces into five settings evoking George R.R. Martin's novels and HBO's hit show.

Fit for any King or Queen of the Seven Kingdoms, the bar features plenty of themed rooms fans can drink, explore and rule in.

You can find banners of your favorite houses in the Red Keep, sip cocktails among the faces of the House of Black and White, and party with Daenerys' dragons in Meereen.

You can even sit Iron Throne as the show's soundtrack plays throughout the bar.

As for the drinks menu? The cocktails have been specifically designed in reference to the show. There's a "Milk of the Poppy," "Shame," "The Lannister's Send Their Regards," "The North Remembers," or "Dothraquiri."

The bar will be open until Aug. 27. However, it will be closed at 7 p.m. every Sunday so staff can watch Game of Thrones for themselves.
