Newborn abandoned at grocery store in Arizona

TEMPE, Arizona (KTRK) -- A police body-camera footage was released of when officers found a newborn girl, abandoned outside an Arizona grocery store.

The baby was discovered last month inside a backpack in a grocery cart.

The baby girl was believed to have been just hours old. She's in state custody.

Police are still looking for her parents.
