Bone-crushing giant crocodile ruled the Jurassic age, scientists say

While the T-Rex has long been hailed as one of the giant beasts of the Jurassic period, scientists now say a crocodile once ruled Earth.

According to a new study in the journal PeerJ, a bone-crushing giant crocodile was once the top predator of the Jurassic period.

The croc is known as "Razana," which measured 23-feet long, and weighed as much as 2,200 pounds.
