Need a dog or cat? BARC looking for homes for pets to live

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- If you're in need of a pet, BARC is looking for families to provide a welcoming home.

According to BARC, 300 dogs and cats have been taken in at the shelter. On Wednesday, over 170 animals were received.

"We have almost every shape and size available," BARC said.

Through September, the shelter is offering $1 adoption fees on all cats and kittens.
