Cell phone video captures a deadly deputy involved shooting.

Authorities say off-duty Harris County Sheriff's deputies were working at "Johnny B's Outlaw Saloon" on Woodforest Boulevard around 2 a.m. right after a Rockets watch party.

There appeared to be a fight in the parking lot prior to the deputy-involved shooting of suspect.

Investigators said the gunman was shooting into the crowd from behind the wheel well of his car.

It's not clear who that suspect might have been targeting.

Witness Ralph Banda said Johnny B's was packed, and as the night was ending, he says he heard gunshots and saw at least one deputy fire his gun.
