Montgomery Co. courthouse evacuated after bomb threat
A bomb threat prompted the evacuation of the Montgomery County courthouse earlier this morning.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- The Montgomery County courthouse has been evacuated after a bomb threat.

Deputies told Eyewitness News someone called the bomb threat in to a 911 dispatcher around 8:30 a.m.

A Montgomery County official told reporter Kevin Quinn the caller said "blow up courthouse."

The court building was then evacuated by deputies.
