BabyBull Boxing offers a variety of classes no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

Training Camp

Never threw a punch before? No worries. This class is designed to help first-timers learn all the boxing basics. You will learn how to properly hand-wrap, throw punches, stances, and more.

BoxFit

Knock-out bodies are made in this boxing boot-camp hybrid class. In this class, you will use basic boxing skills while you combine cardio, strength training, and a few rounds on the punching bag to get a full body workout.

SpeedBox

Train like a champ. This class allows students to learn to move like a boxer, develop combinations and learn footwork. You're sure to get a hard-core workout as you improve your technique with high-intensity bag and mitt training with an instructor.

Box & Brunch

After a killer Sunday morning workout "treat yo'self" to brunch with your fellow boxing friends and the BabyBull boxing family at Federal American Grill.

Box & Brews

Ready to put all your skills to the test? Step into the ring to go a few rounds in a controlled and instructor supervised environment. When you're done, throw back a few cold beers (compliments of BabyBull Boxing) with your fellow fighters.

Heavy Metal

Not talking about Metallica. This class focuses only on conditioning and strength training with the use of free weights, kettlebells, and body weight. In other words, get ready to lift bro.

BabyBull boxing classes can burn anywhere from 800 to 1,000 calories, according to Caldwell.

If you're not quite sure whether boxing is your fit, don't stress. You can try it out free for one week.

If the glove fits, then you can purchase an unlimited class package for $150 a month with no contract obligations.
