911 calls released in OK deadly home invasion triple shooting

BROKEN ARROW, Oklahoma -- Newly released 911 calls reveal moments after a 23-year-old victim fatally shot teenage burglars who broke into his father's house.

On Monday, in broad daylight, police said three teenagers armed with brass knuckles and a knife shattered the glass backdoor of the home.

"I've just been broken into. Three men, two I've shot in my house," Zach Peters said.

"Are they bleeding," the 911 operator said.

Peters pleaded with the operator to send help after shooting three masked intruders.

"Yes. I believe one's, one's down. One's still talking. You need to get here now," Peters said.

"Ok. What did you shoot them with," the operator asked.

"An AR-15," Peters responded.

The suspects have been identified as 19-year-old Maxwell Cook, 17-year-old Jacob Redfern and 16-year-old Jaykob Woodriff.

The accused getaway driver, 21-year-old Elizabeth Marie Rodriguez, is allegedly the mastermind behind the heist. Her friend, Ethan Ellison, claimed she called him right after the three teens were killed.

"She said they thought that the house was empty. All she knows is she heard over 12 gunshots. So she freaked out and left," Ellison said.

After turning herself in, Rodriguez was arrested under an Oklahoma law that indicates someone can be charged with murder if they take any part in a fatal crime. She faces three counts of felony first degree murder and three counts of first degree burglary.
