Both men have been on the run since last Sunday, and homicide investigators pleaded for the public's help to find them.
It was not clear whether any tips led police to the Jones brothers.
Investigators said an argument turned very violent last Sunday when a man got out of the car, grabbed a gun from the trunk and fired into the group.
